What are the Awards?

Now in its second edition, the International Customer Experience Awards are set to be bigger and better.

The International Customer Experience Awards recognise those inspiring organisations who are delivering an outstanding customer experience across the world. The Awards Finals and Ceremony take place on one day, on 21st November 2019 in Amsterdam.

Phenomenal Value

During the finals on 21st November 2019 over 100 Finalist presentations will be scored by the judges in what will be a large gathering of CX best practice in one place. Each of the judging rooms is set out for spectators and many of the presenters will open their sessions to others to watch and learn. If you are attending the awards ceremony it means you can also attend the finals and watch the presentations in the daytime.

Organisations, teams, individuals - leaders, managers, inspiring people! Whether B2B or B2C, public sector or private, we want to hear your story! There are 19 categories to choose from this year. The awards are specifically designed to welcome entries from everyone delivering exceptional customer experience, whether for clients, partners, suppliers or employees.

At Awards International we pride ourselves on our reputation for having the fairest process for deciding business awards winners. Our awards programmes are judged by a large panel of independent and impartial business professionals, who are passionate about their role and meet our stringent criteria. Our scoring criteria is endorsed by Cranfield School of Management, and all finalists present their entry live to the judges on the day of the finals. This means that every entrant whether an individual, SME, or large organisation has the same chance of impressing the judges and taking home the top spot on the day.

It’s simple and straightforward how to enter! - choose your category(ies) and then complete the online information required about you and your organisation to pay for and access your online Entry Form. Then take your time over completing the online Entry Form – write a bit, save it and keep coming back until you're ready to submit!

When is the Event?

The Awards will be held on 21st November 2019 in Amsterdam. With different guest options (Entrant, Judge and Day Guest) you can be sure that the awards will be a memorable day for you.
