The Awards are a full-day experience, held fully online using the latest videoconferencing software.From 9am to 5pm, finalists present their initiatives in front of independent judging panels: this is the Awards Finals. Each category will have its own “room”, administered by a member of the Awards International team, in which each of the category’s presentations will take place. Many of these are open to spectators, so you’ll have the opportunity to attend open presentations throughout the day and see dozens of examples of top customer experience.
We’re also organising a series of #CXTrendsTalks™, in which leading CX specialists will discuss the latest developments in customer experience and give you useful, practical advice.

Once the presentations are finished, we will all come together online for the Awards Ceremony. Featuring a keynote speaker, musical entertainment plus, of course, the announcement of the winners, it’s an extraordinary celebration of the achievements of CX professionals across the country.

CXTrendTalks™ will feature 8 sessions from CX experts. Each talk will be 45 minutes long, including a Q&A section, and at the end of the day, there will be a panel discussion featuring all 8 speakers.

There will be the following Awards for each category:
Bronze, Silver and Gold Award : When there are 5 or more finalists within a category.
Silver and Gold Award : When there are 4 or more finalists within a category.
Gold Award only : When there or 3 or less finalists within a category.
There will also be an Overall winner at the Awards : This is the Gold Winner who achieves the highest score. NB CX Leader of the Year and CX Team of the Year categories are excluded from being the Overall Winner.
**There will be Award Winners Packages for each category. These packages include:
- The Awards Trophy with your company name
- A digital certificate of authenticity
- Judges’ feedback report with your scores and Judges’ comments

The package will be as per Bronze and Silver Award Winners Package, plus the opportunity to present the winning entry in an Award Winners webinar during the months following the Awards and to showcase the entry at future ICXA online or venued events.
*If you win two or more Awards, you will be charged the full price for the most expensive package with additional packages half price. An invoice will be raised immediately following the Awards.
