In his role as Global CEO of Customer Experience at Ipsos, Ben is responsible for making sure that Ipsos clients are delivered the latest thinking and technology in the Customer Experience space from over 1000 Ipsos Customer Experience professionals. He has extensive experience across multiple geographies and industry sectors focusing on helping clients ensure that a better Customer Experience will drive improved business results. With clients in over 60 markets he has significant insight as to what constitutes best-in-class Customer Experience programs and how they are best embedded through the organisation to drive improved business outcomes.
