Kristin Haynes

Kristin Haynes is the CEO of Senyah Projects, a business she founded to help businesses harness the power of their people to achieve their customer goals. Her program centres on developing the mindset, knowledge, and skills of employees enabling a greater connection to the customer and understanding of how to positively impact the customer experience.

Kristin is a seasoned customer experience executive having headed up Customer Advocacy functions for some of the worlds most recognised brands including Vodafone Australia, Telstra, Suncorp, News Corp Australia and most recently, as Chief Customer Officer for Venues NSW, the owner and operator of several sporting and entertainment venues including Stadium Australia.

Kristin’s focus is on improving customer and employee advocacy as an enabler for organisational growth. She has pioneered the design and delivery of innovative and meaningful customer experience and in 2017, was awarded ‘Customer Experience Leader of the Year’ at the annual CXO Leaders’ Summit. Kristin is a passionate advocate for ensuring organisations understand their customers and can harness the power of their employees to deliver positive, sustainable, and measurable change to the customer experience.
