It gives me great pleasure to introduce Alina Dimbean, Head of Customer Experience at E.ON, as one of the esteemed judges at the forthcoming European Customer Experience Awards. Welcome, Alina!

Alina is leading the Customer Experience Team within E.ON Romania Group, responsible for developing and bringing to life the company’s strategy to put the customer at the heart of everything. She and her team’s focus is on increasing customer satisfaction by redesigning the customers' journeys and experiences using Design Thinking and Agile methodologies, increasing employees’ engagement and embedding a going-the-extra-mile mindset and driving cultural transformation. Her passion for understanding customers and their needs along with more than 10 years of experience in the field, has enabled her to build a strong program that fosters cross-functional collaboration to transform E.ON Romania into a Customer-Centric company, resulting in the proven performance of improved Customer Experience for both B2C and B2B over the past years
