Throughout my extensive experience over the past 20 years, I was able to adapt to the fast-evolving changes surrounding the continuous shifting in customers’ needs, expectations and behavior by visualizing the end-user experience and then work backwards to plan, strategize and execute CX efforts to deliver great experiences through using the right technologies.

Currently holding the position of Head of Customer Experience & Marketing at City Mall – Jordan, I’m responsible for the overall customer experience, foreseeing market changes, dynamics in customer expectations and strategizing to guide the company to live up to those expectations in the fast-evolving digital world. In addition to driving CX strategy trends in the company’s domain of business which is shopping malls as a destination and combining the physical with the digital and offering seamless experiences to customers.

As for my experience in the MENA region, I have also worked as a Regional Customer Service Manager at Majid Al Futtaim Properties– MAF shopping centers where my role was to oversee the customer service departments for MAF centers across the Northern Emirates cluster, Bahrain & Oman to achieve standardization in performance protocols, training, policies & procedures to enhance the customer experience and build a culture of absolute 5 star service level at all times.

I have also expanded to the public sector as a Consultant in the UAE 7-Stars Program for Excellence where my role was to provide consultation services and guidance to government entities to assist them in becoming eligible to enroll in the program by performing classification and process assessment according to Dubai Excellence Model.
