Customer Experience is my passion, with twenty years of experience in marketing and sales, with a strong background in technology. Leading a talented team in the ministry of human resources to create a movement and improve customer experience in the public sector. Currently, working on a customer experience transformational program to change the way we deliver services and draw a smile on our customer’s faces. I believe change comes from inside, and I try to offer my staff a great experience.
