She has worked for over 20 years in the Financial Services and Consulting industries in the UK and Australia. In the current role at WEX Travel, she’s responsible for the global CX & EX strategy. WEX Inc. is an innovative global leader in providing payment solutions for businesses across several industries including Fleet, Corporate, Health and Travel.
Zora is a certified Customer Experience professional (CCXP) and she was recognised as a CX Leader of the Year finalist in 2020 by the international MyCustomer.com forum.
