As a Principal Consultant at Medallia, Olga has worked with companies across different industries (Generali, Innogy, METRO, Novartis, etc.) helping them build CX strategy, drive cultural transformation and quantify ROI. Prior to joining Medallia, Olga has worked for a not-for-profit leadership development organisation taking various roles in innovation, as well as establishing the global B2B NPS program.
