Miles C. Thomas
Miles was named in the top global CX influencers in 2020 and also was a finalist in the CX leader of the year in 2019 and the CX impact awards in 2018. Miles recently took part in the CX World Games which sought to help organizations and charities struggling with the impact of Covid-19 Miles is a certified CX professional and believes in the importance of inspiring leadership and employee experience as a foundation for great customer experiences. His experience in technology, service and experience combined with a degree in Psychology has provided a unique lens in humanizing the customer experience. Miles is also the founder of Humanized CX and CX Wales, he is currently working for the International Baccalaureate as the global head of customer service.
