Fatima is leading the Customer Experience Program within Proximus S.A. She has 20 years of experience in the Telecom sector where she led Product Management and Marketing teams in B2B and Wholesale. She successfully launched the companywide Voice of the Customer program for B2B and B2C and the digital customer journeys redesign program leading multidisciplinary teams working in Agile. With a relentless focus on customer centricity, she is supporting the transformation of Proximus towards a truly customer centric company. While being passionate about customer data driven decision making, she always tries to find the right balance with customers and employees behaviours to complete the picture.
