Volkan went through many experiences, including service delivery, training- & cultural change programs, operations, analytics, technology adoption and project management. Therefore he doesn’t believe in a wrong, correct, or magic formula for a great CX, but different thoughts, practices, and ways. He started his career at ABB and he worked within a global organisation with different countries and cultures across the planet. Today, he is head of the Customer Success team at SANDSIV Switzerland, a company providing an End-to-end Voice of the Customer solution that allows turning data into actionable customer experience insights. Together with his team, they partner with customers to understand their CX initiative objectives & desired outcomes and reach them by taking full advantage of the Voice of the Customer & CX metrics. He strongly believes in the power of the human being and that only an all-embracing working culture can create and ensure a positive customer experience & engagement.
