She advises executives on improving business results by enabling CX Transformation. Lorraine was on the CXPA Board of Directors from 2015 – 2020. She achieved success, over 20+ years at Verizon within a breadth of disciplines, including CX. Lorraine was also at Clarabridge where she worked with Fortune 100 companies, operationalizing CX technologies, improving Customer Experience and business value.
