Head of Insight and Planning
I am the Head of Insight and Planning at Virgin Money. My role spans across CX insight, brand insight, marketing analytics, marketing operations and planning. Before Virgin Money, I held a variety of insights and marketing strategy positions at top blue chip Fast Moving Consumer Goods companies, e.g. the Coca-Cola Company, Danone or PepsiCo. I am passionate at understanding why people do what they do and drive actions that meet their needs and fulfil their aspirations. Besides customer experience management, I have a keen interest in behavioural economics and decision science.
