She is an expert in company-wide CX transformations: changing company cultures from inside-out product focus to outside-in customer focus. Starting with a CX Vision and Brand Experience Principles, then anchoring these into all businesses, functions and markets. Making use of insights, CX tools and digital or maturity assessments. Anouk is an expert in Customer Journey Mapping and implementation of Voice of Customer tools. Always driving cross-functional cooperation to reduce the silo's and realize a consistent brand experience for customers. Her CX experience is in B2C as well as B2B.
