Digitization and Customer experience head of department
Lama Shanti is a practitioner in Digitization and CX/EX holding the role of Customer Experience and Digital Transformation Department Head at Palestine Telecommunications (Paltel). She is developing and leading the company’s CX strategy and Customer Centricity program to achieve outstanding customer loyalty and build differentiation.
Over a career of more than 20 years, Mrs. Shanti has held several positions at Paltel prior to this role including Strategic Sales Manager, Business Excellence Manager, and Human Resources Department Head.
Mrs. Shanti holds B.Eng. in Electrical Engineering and EMBA from Bir Zeit University in Palestine. She is currently working on her Ph.D. dissertation in customer experience and digital transformation at the Indiana University of Pennsylvania.
