Currently a DEVP Customer Experience and Digitization at Telkom Indonesia, the largest telco in the region with over 200 million subscribers based. Her current responsibility includes overall Digital Experience Strategy & Design, Customer Experience Transformation and Digitization. She was previously the Chief Marketing Officer at Telkom Telstra, a joint venture company of Telkom Indonesia and Telstra Australia. Safitri is one of Top 150 Global CX Leader 2020, an International Speaker and actively involves in industry associations.
